505 Canadian Fleet 1
The events the fleet agreed to support in 2015 are as follows:
May 2 – 3 – Port Townsend, WA – Stewart Sinclair Memorial Regatta
May 10 – KYC – Opening Day Sailpast
May 24 – KYC – Sunday Races #1
June 6 – 7 – Launch from KYC – Jericho Classic Regatta
June 13 – 505 Open House Day at KYC – each KYC 505 owner will take out sailors interested in 505 sailing racing. Details to follow.
June 14 – KYC – Passage Island Race
July 4 – 5 – Squamish Yacht Club, Howe Sound. BC Junior Dinghy Championships includes 505 BC Championship Regatta
July 11 – 12 KYC – Kitsilano Invitational Regatta (505 Western Canadian Championships)
Possible – July 24-26 Gorge Dinghy (California Schedule)
August 16 – KYC Sunday Races #2
NB – Sept 12-13 or 26-27Canadian Championships in Toronto or Ottawa
September 13 – KYC – Sunday Races #3 (rescheduled from Sept 20)
NB – Sept 17-20North American Championships Annapolis
September (corrected to) 19-20 – Bellingham YC – Dale Jepsen Regatta
October 3 – 4 – Seattle CYC – Puget Sound Sailing Championships (PSSC)
October 18 – KYC – Sunday Races #4
November 7 – 8 – KYC – Bluenose Regatta

KYC 505 Fleet 1 Trophy
For the KYC 505 Fleet 1 trophy, we will count all four of the Sunday Races, plus the Passage Island Race. Terry volunteered to calculate the trophy scores on the high-point scoring system. For each of the events to count for the Fleet Championship trophy, a different volunteer will telephone each contact to RSVP for the event:
Mark – for May 24
Steve – for June 14 Passage Island Race
TBD – for August 16
Brian – for September 13
Ian – for October 18

Can/Am 505 Trophy
Having reviewed and discussed the e-mail discussion on the NW505 e-mail listserve, in respect of the Can/Am events to count for the championship, we will count the following 4 events:
May 2 – 3 – Port Townsend, Stewart Sinclair Memorial Regatta
July 11 – 12 – KYC – Kits Invitational Regatta
October 3 – 4 – Seattle CYC – PSSC
November 7 – 8 – KYC – Bluenose Regatta
